The project involved the capturing of leads from the frontend of the website into a backend management system. Leads are then either manually or via a rules-based automated system sent to relevant agents.

VA Loan Network is the main, parent site of two other sites, namely FHA Loan Requirements and Va Mortgage Guide. All leads captured by these 2 sites are also added to and managed by the central database and backend system

In summary, the VA Loan Network project comprised of:

• Central database to which all satellite sites communicate (with security)
• Automatic categorisation and distribution of leads based on rules created
• Search, filtering and reporting, including PDF export
• Management of agent accounts
• Distribution of leads via POST to a 3rd party site or email
